Jackie Thomas,
GRI, SREC® A life-long resident of the Mason County, Kentucky, area, Jackie currently owns a home in Maysville. She received both her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from Morehead State University, and has taken additional classes at Cincinnati's Xavier University, and at the University of Kentucky. After 33 years as an award winning teacher, Jackie retired and began a new career in real estate, receiving her Kentucky real estate sales license in 1992. She obtained her Kentucky broker's license in 1996, and formed Jackie's Gateway Properties. In 1998, she completed her studies under the Graduate REALTORS'® Institute (GRI). In 2001, she earned her designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES), one who provides specialized real estate advice to seniors. A true-blue University of Kentucky Wildcat fan, Jackie also enjoys reading and attending Broadway Series plays.

A life-long resident of the Mason County, Kentucky, area, Lloyd currently lives in the small community of Minerva, on the county's western border. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, with a master's degree in Animal Science. He was employed by a local bank for 16 years, approximately half of that time as a trust officer. In 1996, he left the banking industry, and received his Kentucky real estate sales license in 1997. Lloyd is a past president of the Pioneer Trace Board of REALTORS®, having served for four years in that position. He is currently the Board's Delegate to the Kentucky Association of REALTORS®, and serves on four state association committees. Lloyd is also Executive Director of the Hayswood Foundation, which provides college scholarships to local students, and grants to assist local non-profit organizations. As a trustee and Treasurer of his hometown historic group, he is actively involved in preserving local historic buildings. |
