Jackie
Thomas A life-long resident of the Mason County, Kentucky, area, Jackie currently owns a home in Maysville. She received both her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from Morehead State University, and has taken additional classes at Cincinnati's Xavier University, and at the University of Kentucky. After 33 years as an award winning teacher, Jackie retired and began a new career in real estate, receiving her Kentucky real estate sales license in 1992. She obtained her Kentucky broker's license in 1996, and formed Jackie's Gateway Properties. In 1998, she completed her studies under the Graduate REALTORS'® Institute (GRI). In 2001, she earned her designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES), one who provides specialized real estate advice to seniors. A true-blue University of Kentucky Wildcat fan, Jackie also enjoys reading and attending Broadway Series plays. |

Lloyd
Schiltz A life-long resident of the Mason County, Kentucky, area, Lloyd currently lives in the small community of Minerva, on the county's western border. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, with a master's degree in Animal Science. He was employed by a local bank for 16 years, approximately half of that time as a trust officer. In 1996, he left the banking industry, and received his Kentucky real estate sales license in 1997. Lloyd served for four years as President of the local Board of REALTORS®. He is currently the Executive Director of the Hayswood Foundation, which provides scholarships and grants to local students and non-profit organizations, and Administrative Secretary of the Mason County Conservation District. Lloyd also serves as a Trustee and Treasurer of his church. |

Karen is a life-long
resident of Brown County, Ohio and Mason County, Kentucky area and resides
with her husband Jimmie on a farm in the outskirts of Aberdeen, Ohio.
She
received an Associates in Applied Science with a Business Technology and
Accounting degree in 2004 from Maysville Community and Technical College.
Karen is
the mother of two daughters Ashley Crabtree and Erin (Dylan) Polley.
She also
has four grandchildren, Jaxen, Ayslee, Asher and Werner.
Karen is a school bus driver for the Mason County School District. Besides
enjoying horseback riding and camping, she loves to volunteer on mission
trips to help build homes for those less fortunate and to help families in
disaster areas.
She is
also an avid sports fan for all of her nieces, nephews, grandkids and for
The Ohio State Buckeyes.
Karen was employed at Standard Tobacco Co., Inc. in Maysville, KY for 25 years as an Accountant and decided in 2017 it was time for early retirement so she could enjoy camping and horseback riding with her family and friends. She did not let the “Covid-19” restrictions keep her from attaining her Kentucky Real Estate License in 2021 and she is very excited to join Jackie’s Gateway Properties as a sales agent.
